Return and Refund Policy

At New Dawn-A, we regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any of our products. Once payment has been received, refunds will not be issued unless the fault lies with our company. In such cases, a refund will be processed accordingly.

If a refund is issued due to circumstances beyond our control or as a result of impatience on the part of the client, please note that shipping fees will not be refunded if the package is already in transit. Additionally, a $15 re-route fee will be deducted to cover the cost of redirecting the package back to our company.

Tracking a Package:
Upon receiving tracking details via email, please allow 24 hours for USPS or UPS to update the package within their system. Appropriate courier link will be shared for tracking of your package daily by visiting.

It is crucial that you diligently track your packages daily until they are marked as delivered. We also recommend signing up for text alerts with USPS to receive daily updates on your package status.
