Order Processing Time: Upon submitting payment to us, please allow 24-48 hours for a tracking number and payment confirmation to be dispatched via email. Kindly check your spam folders as well for any correspondence. Contacting us before this timeframe may inadvertently delay the processing of your package. We handle orders in the sequence they are received. If you have not received a tracking number or confirmation, it indicates that we have not yet processed your order. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing, excluding weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will be shipped out on the following Monday.
Wrong Address & Stolen Packages: *Stolen Packages via USPS: We cannot accept responsibility for stolen packages. If your package is stolen, you must file a claim with USPS by contacting 1-800-275-8777. To prevent theft, you may opt to add Signature Confirmation to your order at an additional cost during the shipping checkout process. This service ensures that your package is not left unattended outside your residence; instead, a signature is required upon delivery. *Incorrect Address via USPS: We do not assume liability for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. If you notice an error in your address before your package is out for delivery, please promptly contact us via text at 347-740-5641 and remit an additional $16 for correction. Alternatively, you may visit USPS and complete a “Package Intercept” form online for a fee of $16.00. This service is available only if the package has not yet been out for delivery. We take full responsibility for any errors in address on our part. Please ensure your address includes your apartment number. In the event of three unsuccessful delivery attempts by USPS, the package will be returned to us, and you will be required to cover the reshipping fee, the cost of which varies depending on your package’s weight. Please allow 24 hours for a response time.
